Speaking
The best conversations don't leave people with more information.
They leave people seeing their work differently.
My speaking explores two questions that have shaped my career:
How do we design education that develops human and organizational capability in a rapidly changing world?
And how do we continue doing that across the course of a 100-year life?
Drawing from more than two decades of work with universities, associations, nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations, I speak on the future of education, leadership, workforce capability, and the systems that help people and institutions continue to grow.
Every presentation is tailored to the audience, but the objective is always the same: to challenge assumptions, introduce new ways of thinking, and equip leaders to make better educational decisions.

Whether addressing a boardroom, a conference audience, or a room of educators, I aim to leave people with ideas they'll continue discussing long after the session ends.
If you're looking for a speaker who combines strategic insight with practical experience, and who believes education is one of the most powerful tools we have for shaping the future, I'd be honored to join the conversation.
